January Video Game Releases
1. Dead Space Remake
Platforms: PC, Xbox Series X and S, PS5
Release Date: January 27, 2023
Dead Space is a classic among fans of horror games.
The original game was released in 2008, and it garnered a large following (for a good reason!), but the 2023 version takes the game to a whole new level.
If you’re not familiar with Dead Space, here’s a quick introduction to the game.
You play as Isaac Clarke, an engineer who finds himself on a spaceship infested with Necromorphs — scary, murderous creatures. You and your team need to defeat the enemies, fix the communication malfunction on the ship and survive.
Needless to say — the game is visually stunning.
Dead Space Remake stays true to the original story, but there are some nice new surprises that make it all the more compelling. For example, Isaac is no longer the silent character. He can talk and he looks more realistic than before.
The game features some spine-chilling moments that fans of the horror genre will surely appreciate!
